Baltic TRANSCOAST Research Training Group GRK 2000 (funded by DFG) is represented by Prof. Dr. Bernd Lennartz, University of Rostock, Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Rostock, Germany.
This year, the Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union will take place in the southern metropolis New Orleans. Once again the “Research in Germany” initiative will represent the German geoscientific research landscape. From December 11 until December 15, various research and funding organizations will offer insights in research, funding and career opportunities in German geosciences. Furthermore, several special events such as an entertaining booth presentation of “Serendipity in Science” and unexpected findings in German research projects and a DFG Leibniz Lecture combined with a German Social will provide networking opportunities for everyone interested in German research.
