Baltic TRANSCOAST is embedded in the Department of Maritime Systems of the Interdisciplinary Faculty of the University of Rostock. A strong network of national and international, acknowledged scientists is contributing to Baltic TRANSCOAST. Mercator Fellows and Fellows, who are international and national specialists in their fields, will stay for longer periods and contribute to education and research.
